For some people, staying up late isn’t necessarily a choice, it’s a way of life. If you’re one of those people who feel like they come alive at night or do their best work after the sun sets, you might just be a night owl. You needn’t be ashamed of your nocturnal preferences either. A study conducted by the London School of Economics and Political Science showed a real connection between staying up late and intelligence. Plus, it looks like night owls tend to be more creative than early risers, so you might benefit from the night schedule after all.
